Nintendo 3DS Update Fehlermeldungen

Wie ihr aus dem Titel erkennen könnt, wollte ich euch mal zu den Fehlermeldungen vom Update fragen. Ich meine damit speziell die Update Fehler, nicht den e-Shop.
Ich persönlich konnte das Update immer noch nicht herunterladen, da ich nach 10s -3min folgende Fehlermeldung erhalte:

"Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Das System-Update konnte nicht durchgeführt werden.
Das System wird neu gestartet."

Also: Ich geh mit dem Wifi-Connctor ins Internet, was auch super funktioniert. Freundesliste und alles funktioniert auch super.
Ich habe natürlich den Treiber geupdatet (1.07), Firewall ausgeschaltet, Anti-Viren Programm deaktiviert und Nintendo schon 3 e-mails geschrieben.

Wer von euch hatte dasselbe Problem und hat einer ne Lösung?

Zwar ging es da um das andere Update, jedoch vom Auftreten her dasselbe.

Schonmal mit dem üblichen SD Karte rein raus probiert? Was ist, wenn du dein System einmal zurücksetzt?

How to fix: Manually assign an IP address to the Nintendo 3DS and allow it access in your router's settings or disable the firewall if necessary.

• First - Manually assign an IP address to your Nintendo 3DS. Assigning an IP address to your Nintendo 3DS will take a number of detailed steps to complete, but we are confident you can get there! We'll walk you through each one and you can always call us if you get stuck. Our number is below. Here we go...
  
  1. From the Nintendo 3DS settings, select "Internet Settings," then "Connection Settings" and choose the connection file you currently use.
  2. Choose "Change Settings."
  3. Click the right arrow and select "IP Address," then choose "No" under "Auto-Obtain IP Address."
  4. Select "Detailed Setup," tap into IP Address field, and type in the IP address below for your router brand. Skip down to step 5. IP addresses to enter by router brand:
     
     • Linksys - enter: 192.168.001.140
     • Netgear - enter: 192.168.001.250
     • Belkin - enter: 192.168.002.090
     • D-Link - enter: 192.168.000.190
     • Apple - enter: 010.000.001.250
     • 2Wire - enter: 192.168.001.250
     • Actiontec - enter: 192.168.001.250

  5. Next, for the Subnet Mask, enter 255.255.255.000 and select "OK."
  6. Select the "Gateway" button. You will need to enter the default gateway address for your router brand. Look at the brand of your router, and enter the gateway address listed below into the field.
     
     • Linksys - enter: 192.168.001.001
     • Netgear - enter: 192.168.001.001
     • Belkin - enter: 192.168.002.001
     • D-Link - enter: 192.168.000.001
     • Apple - enter: 010.000.001.253
     • 2Wire - enter: 192.168.001.254
     • Actiontec - enter: 192.168.001.001

  7. You'll be asked if you want to perform a DNS setup. Select "Set Up."
  8. Select "Detailed Setup," then "Primary DNS" and enter: 008.008.008.008
  9. Select "Secondary DNS" and enter: 008.008.004.004 Please note: These are public DNS's provided by Google and are subject to Google's Terms of Service. If you prefer to not use this service, doing an Internet search for "public DNS" will provide you with several other options you can use.
  10. Save your settings, then select "Test" to begin a connection test.
  
  
• Next - Enter that IP address into your router's DMZ.
  
  1. Access your router's settings.
  2. Once inside the router's settings, find and enable the "DMZ" setting. Each router is different, but typically is located in a section called "firewall," "security," or "applications and gaming."
  3. Enter the IP address you assigned to the Nintendo 3DS in the DMZ.
  4. Save these changes in your router.
  
  Once you have added the IP address for the Nintendo 3DS into the DMZ, test the connection again and try to update. If the problem still persists, please continue reading.
• Still not working? - Set up port forwarding in your router for the Nintendo 3DS.
  
  1. Access your router's settings.
  2. Find the "Port Forwarding" settings, which are often located in the section called "firewall," "security," or "applications and gaming."
  3. When asked to enter a "name," enter “3DS."
  4. For the starting port enter 1 and an end port of 65535.
  5. Set to the "protocol" to TCP, UDP, or both.
  6. Enter the IP address that you gave to the Nintendo 3DS earlier.
  7. Select "Enable" or "Apply" to activate these settings and save the changes to the router.
  8. Test the connection again and try to update.
  
  
• Still not working? Turn off the router's firewall*. Typically you can disable your router's firewall to allow all traffic through. To locate this setting, consult the owner's manual for your router. Below are locations for the most popular routers:
  
  • D-Link: Found by selecting "Advanced," then "Firewall."
  • Netgear: Found by selecting "WAN Setup," then "SPI Firewall."
  • Linksys: Found in the "Security" settings.
  
  *While Nintendo provides this information for our consumers' use, it is up to each consumer to determine what security needs they have for their own networks, and to decide how best to configure their network settings to meet those needs.

Jo, habe ich schon probiert.

Ich habe leider nur einen Wifi Connector und dort kann ich solche Einstellungen nicht vornehmen.

Leider kann ich dir auch nicht helfen aber ein Freund meines Freundes ( ) kann auch nicht updaten und ist schon am verzweifeln. Vieleicht rufst du einfach mal bei Nintendo an, wenn dir die EMails von denen nicht weiterhelfen.

Heute wurde ja ein weiteres Update veröffentlicht (das letzte musste ich mir dann doch trotz Anruf woanders downloaden), und da dachte ich mir, ich probiers mal ^^ Das Ergebnis: -.- geht wieder nicht.
Deshalb wollte ich mir die Zeit im e-Shop vertreiben und siehe da: er funktioniert nicht mehrohne Update O.O
Also langsam reichts mir :(

Hallo,

derselbe Fehler hat mich ebenfalls an den Rand des Wahnsinns getrieben. Das Problem hat sich letztendlich relativ leicht beseitigen lassen.

Vergebe eine feste IP-Adresse für den 3DS. Wenn ich meinen über DHCP laufen lasse scheitert das Update auf jeglichen Routern.

Zusätzlich musst du anschließend einen DNS eintragen. Ich habe als ersten die 008.008.008.008 (Google DNS) gewählt und als zweiten die IP des Routers hinterlegt. Seit der Änderung hatte ich keinen einzigen Verbindungsabbruch. Viel Erfolg!

Leider habe ich keine Ahnung, wie man das beim Wifi Connector anstellt :(
