Das japanische Marktforschungsunternehmen Media Create hat die Soft- und Hardware-Charts der Woche vom 31. August bis zum 6. September veröffentlicht. Der erste Platz der Software-Charts geht an Metal Gear Solid V, das sich auf der PlayStation 4 über 290.000 Mal verkaufen und weitere 117.000 Exemplare auf der PlayStation 3 absetzen konnte. Den dritten Platz beansprucht die Neuveröffentlichung und der Erstplatzierte der letzten Woche Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King für den Nintendo 3DS mit über 100.000 verkauften Einheiten.
